1. How do I start Testing with Bombay Test House Private Limited?

Mobile: 098 6779 1055 or 092 2318 7610. Please provide your address, contact information and testing requirements. A price quotation and a sample submission form will be sent for your approval. Sample submittal form is also located in our website www.bombaytesthouse.com. You can send it electronically or along with the sample. Ship the samples to Bombay Test House Private Limited., with a duly completed and signed Sample Submission Form.

2. How do I get a price quotation or charges for testing?

Please write or email: bombaytesthouse@gmail.com or info@bombaytesthouse.com or call at 022-2783 1910 / 022-4123 9185 or Mobile 98 6779 1055 or respective Branch Heads where you are located. Please indicate the type of products that needs testing and the analysis which are required. A profoma Invoice with the charges and applicable taxes for different analysis / testing will be sent for your attention via email.

3. How do I pay for the testing?

You can pay via Demand Draft, anywhere banking Cheque or via Money Order. You can also pay thru RTGS or NEFT in our Company’s Bank Account. You will be provided with the Account No. and IFSC code upon request for directly remitting the payment into our account. In which case you have to produce the Bank Challan as a proof for making the payment.

4. How can a company establish credit with Bombay Test House Pvt Ltd ?

As a matter of Policy Bombay Test House Pvt. Ltd (BTH), do not extend any type credit for any clients towards testing. In any case you have to make the payment in full either or 50% along with the Sample and balance before the release of results as per agreed turnaround time.

5. How do I Submit Samples to Bombay Test House Pvt Ltd.?

Samples should be shipped to Bombay Test House Pvt Ltd.,(BTH) to the attention of Sample receiving department. All the samples must have a signed sample submission form indicating the test required either in person or through courier to:

6. How can the samples be returned to the client?

Please indicate on the samples submission form that the unused samples are to be returned to the client. Indicate how the samples should be returned and list the account no. of courier you wish us to use.(Professional or First Flight courier etc.) We will add the courier charges for the returned samples along with our billing/invoice.

Yes. Bombay Test House Private Limited is Registered as a Company with Ministry of Corporate Affairs and with CIN No: U74900TZ2011PTC017261. Bombay Test House Pvt Ltd. is also Registered as Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) with Ministry of MSME, Govt of India. Besides Bombay Test House Pvt. Ltd. is approved by Bureau of Indian Standards for Assaying and Hallmarking of Gold and Gold Ornaments and Silver and Artifacts. Bombay Test House Pvt. Ltd., is also ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001, and OSHAS 18001: Certified for its Quality Management Systems and is a member of Solvent Extractors Association and no. of other recognized bodies in the National and International arena.

8. What type of a report is issued after the testing is completed?

The final signed report as Certificate of Analysis (COA) on Company letter head will detail the client information, sample description and identification, tests performed and results of such test. It will also indicate the Sample (tracking) No. Master No., and Laboratory Note Book reference No.etc. If you have any marking reference to be included, you have to intimate well in advance while submitting the samples.

9. Can I obtain a copy of the test method?

Test methods, which are not proprietary, can be provided to the clients. All test methods can be reviewed on site during an audit of Bombay Test House Pvt. Ltd. If a proprietary method is requested by a Government Agency, Bombay Test House Pvt Ltd. will provide the method directly to the agency. Minimal cost will be charged to the client for preparing and shipping those documents which the clients will have to bear.

10. Can I obtain copies of raw data? (Note book pages or Chromatograms)

BTH does provide cGMP data packages at a cost of 10% of the cost of the test. Please indicate on the sample submission form that this is required.

11. How are reports issued?

Hard copies of the reports are always sent via courier and if you require a soft copy via mail or fax please indicate on the sample submission form itself.

12. Whom do I speak to discuss the results on the report?

Please call Bombay Test House Pvt. Ltd. @ 022-2783 1910; 022-4123 9185 or Mobile 98 6779 1055 and ask for the Senior Chemist or Analyst . Each report has a unique Master No. on the top left corner of the report. We can then pull this report from the file and discuss any issues you may have.

13. Do you have more than one location?

Ltd., does have more than one location in India with operational Laboratory and Inspection Office and Collection Centers etc., The Corporate and Administrative Office and Central Laboratory is located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
